The return is part of the route
At Stiniva, Sveti Ivan and Pasjača, the climb back changes the effort of the day. Choose footwear for walking, carry sufficient drinking water and do not let a short-looking line on a map decide the trip.
A boat is not a universal shortcut
Ask an operator whether you disembark directly, transfer to a smaller boat or swim ashore. Confirm the return arrangement and cancellation policy in poor weather. A boat approach may still be unsuitable for someone with limited mobility.
